About IBO Player

IBO Player is the recommended IPTV media player for Telelica. It is available on virtually every platform including Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, Amazon Fire TV Stick, LG Smart TV, Samsung Smart TV, and Linux. The application offers a smooth, user-friendly interface with support for EPG guides, favorites, and category management.

Step 1: Download IBO Player

Visit the official IBO Player website at iboplayer.com or search for "IBO Player" in your device's app store:

  • Android: Google Play Store or direct APK from iboplayer.com
  • iOS/iPhone/iPad: Apple App Store
  • Windows: Download from iboplayer.com
  • macOS: Download from iboplayer.com or Mac App Store
  • Amazon Fire TV Stick: Search "IBO Player" in Amazon Appstore, or sideload the APK
  • LG Smart TV: LG Content Store
  • Samsung Smart TV: Samsung Apps

Step 2: Install the Application

Follow the standard installation process for your device. On Fire TV Stick, you may need to enable "Apps from Unknown Sources" in settings if sideloading. On Smart TVs, simply download from the built-in app store.

Step 3: Get Your Device ID

Open IBO Player after installation. On the main screen, you will see your unique Device ID (also called MAC address). This is a series of numbers and letters that identifies your device. Write it down or take a screenshot.

Step 4: Send Your Device ID to Telelica

Contact us via WhatsApp at +19398003993 and send your Device ID. Our team will activate your subscription within 1-3 minutes. You will receive confirmation once your playlist is loaded.

Step 5: Start Watching

Restart IBO Player after receiving activation confirmation. Your channels, VOD library, and EPG guide will load automatically. Navigate through categories using the sidebar, add favorite channels with the star icon, and enjoy your premium Telelica experience.

Adding Your Playlist Manually

If you received M3U or Xtream Codes credentials instead of remote activation:

M3U / Streaming Line Method

Open IBO Player, go to the dashboard, and select "Add Playlist." Choose "M3U URL" and paste the M3U link provided by Telelica. Save and restart the app.

Xtream Codes Method

From the dashboard, select "Add Playlist" then "XC Login." Enter the Server URL, Username, and Password provided by Telelica. Save and restart.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

  • Channels not loading: Check your internet connection. Restart IBO Player and your router.
  • Buffering: Ensure you meet the minimum speed requirements (8 Mbps SD, 10 Mbps HD, 25 Mbps 4K). Try connecting via ethernet instead of Wi-Fi.
  • App crashes: Clear the app cache in IBO Player settings. Update to the latest version.
  • EPG not showing: Go to Settings and enable EPG refresh. Allow up to 24 hours for initial EPG load.
